Shahid Kapoor ADMITS there’s box office pressure on actors; Deva star says, “If you want to be in the long run…”

Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor has recently unveiled the action-packed thriller trailer of Deva. He opened up about the Box office pressure on actors and stated that one should be focused on being creative and open to trying out new things.

During the grand trailer launch of Deva, Shahid commented on whether actors are responsible for the Box Office number or do they have the pressure of giving their hits. He said, “Producer ka paise hota hai but the pressure is on everybody because nobody wants to be part of an unsuccessful film. And you make a film for the audience but agar audience hi na ho toh dil toh tutna hi hai. Bauth baar toota hai, we have failed and we will fail, so we try that we could show the film to as many people as I can and har film ki kahani alag hoti hai range alag hoti hai so if you make the film in only that point of view that how many people are going to watch it. As a creative person, you will be limited. I feel that you can run a hundred-meter race like Abhi jo chal raha hai using film banal, and if you want to be in the long run, you have to be different and try new things. So if as an artist you want to grow, your journey will be grow.”

Shahid Kapoor looks fab in this high-octane actioner, raising the excitement to the next level in the trailer. The film also stars Pooja Hegde as the female lead. Deva is directed by Rosshan Andrrews and produced by Zee Studios and Roy Kapur Films. It is set to release on January 31, 2025.
